1. Successfully optimized the ServiceNow ticketing system by clearing a backlog of over 1,000 tickets and achieving 98% assignment accuracy through process improvements and automation. Implemented ticket filtering rules to enable auto-assignment based on vessel name, codes, and vendor email addresses, while educating internal and external stakeholders on proper submission channels. Stabilized daily ticket volume to below 250 within 8 months, significantly improving workflow efficiency and response time.
2. Managed and resolved debt collection cases by conducting detailed investigations into invoice status and identifying root causes of payment delays. Liaised and negotiated with debt collection agencies to clarify disputes and successfully secure waivers or case closures, particularly for invoices already settled.
