· To assist the Building Manager in supervising the day-to-day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Building Manager;
· To attend to owner’s and tenants’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
· To supervise all service providers in the upkeep, maintenance and security of the condominium.
· To supervise all maintenance staff employed in the building;
· To supervise the maintenance contractors appointed in the building;
· To assist the Building Manager in the maintenance and management of the building;
· To carry out basic maintenance works within the building; and
· To assist the Building Manage in value enhancement projects of the building;
· Management of all properties in line with best practise, current codes of practise, leases, management agreement and client instruction
· Ensure clients are kept regularly updated with scheme funds, expenditure and arrears
· Monthly billing for owner for all site.
· Checking invoice of suppliers and prepare cheque accordingly.
· Monitoring bank balance and month reconciliation.
· Monitoring the payment and check collection for the which site.
· Preparation of full sets accounts (GL, PM, AP & AR)
· Handle all aspects of daily accounting functions.
· Debtor monitoring and analysis.
· Prepare repots as required by Management.
