  • Monitor and supervise agencies strategies planning/activities in order to achieve agencies and company KPIs. Handling portfolio of more than 90 agencies and 1,200 life planners.
  • Provide immediate solution to agency members including New Business/POS/Products/Training/Claims/Operations and related matters.
