• Played a key role in developing the VRV market in Penang, establishing Daikin as a preferred brand for VRV, Multi-split and Single-split system among M&E consultants, and end users
• Engaged and build strong relationships with M&E consultants, developers, and contractors to promote Daikin VRV system for commercial, residential, industrial and institutional projects.
• Provided pre-sales engineering support towards M&E consultants, including heat load calculations, technical proposals, schematic diagrams, and BOQ preparation for tender.
• Reviewed project tender documents, prepare technical proposals and perform cost comparison studies to support sales closure.
• Conducted technical presentations and product training to consultants and clients, highlighting Daikin’s latest innovations and energy-saving technologies.
• Collaborated with internal teams (project, service, and application engineering) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully secured multiple VRV and single split projects, which involved factories, hotels, religious centre & bungalows with total value more than RM4.0M within 1.5 years
• Contributed to spec-in opportunities with leading M&E consulting firms by promoting energy-efficient VRV solutions from Daikin
• Improved project hit rate through strategic coordination with M&E consultants and contractors during the design and tender stages.
• Organized technical seminar which focus in Daikin VRV technology and installation

• Assisted in job monitoring and inspection of gloves manufacturing process

• Assisted in identifying and recording the causes of downtime duration of production line
