  • Provide support towards sales activities in Malaysia sales office.

  • Work with logistic department monitor stock availability to prevent stock shortage and discrepancies, arrange product shipment from Keyence Japan side to warehouse.
  • In charge office shipment liaise with courier agent to pick up customer samples, demo items and office documents send to warehouse or customer side.
  • Assist general affairs on office maintenance, facilitate coordination, order office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide guidance to new members and part timers to ensure job completion and smooth operation.
  • Share opinion and provide suggestion to promote work efficiency during monthly review meeting.
  • Involve in company portal modification-Key Work Flow to obtain proper approval before process documents.
  • Involve in E-invoice related project data collection for beginning stage.
  • Involve in ad hoc project such as catalogue management, store arrangement, demo bag check and company signage and poster project include renewal of yearly signage license.
