· Troubleshooting control panel such as checking panel component, ELCB, MCB, Switches ELCB, Overload Relay, Contactor and checking wiring condition.

· Troubleshooting some equipment and device such as Pura Fire Agricultural Heater, Dimmer lighting system, water alarm system, feed weigher system, and other.

· Troubleshooting check the limit switch of conveyor, MCB, ELCB, contactor, overload relay, lighting system, conveyor system, wiring short circuit troubleshooting, wiring installation and setting of ABB inverter

· Check power capacity and power consumption in farm and arrange to use different voltage level of MCCB in Main Switch Board.

· Use electrical theory and soft skills for planning the power flow chart and estimate power consumption versus capacity.

· Farm Ventilation system (SKOV, Big Dutchman) Troubleshooting and Software update checking (Include checking temperature sensor problem, controller wiring connection and problem checking.)

· Assist ventilation system supplier, Big Dutchman to commission the ventilation system, different kind of sensor, motor device, and alarm system. Test run and troubleshooting all device after power supply for this system.

· Training and distribute charge-man and electrical engineer to do the schedule for checking main switch board component monthly and conveyor motor panel checking and troubleshooting.

· Do electrical diagram of motor for agriculture farming house and make cable planning for provide power of motor on egg conveyor, feed auger motor, exhaust fan and ventilation system

· Collect the maintenance data for analysis and design the schedule and maintenance system for charge-man to do preventive, corrective maintenance, and condition-based maintenance.

· Design circuit diagram and Control Box of machine by AUTOCAD, MS Excel, and other.

· Working under critical deadlines to write programs for newly designed automatic as well as semi-automatic machines and conveyor system for PANASONIC, MINEBEA, TERASAKI, and other Clients

· Collaborating with various software personnel to debug and test new devices or modified PLC and robotic programs.

· Following flowcharts and filling out quality checks and procedures to help with conceptual design of the operation of new/custom equipment as well as components and equipment used to assembly motor, inspection breaker, pick and place workpiece and so on.

· Assisting support team in developing customer instruction manual for newly designed machines and conveyor systems.

o Auto AJ2 Machine for KAYABA-UMW Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

o MX Motor Assembly Line Machine 1 and Machine 4 for PANASONIC MEXICO

o Calibration Machine for TERASAKI ELECTRICAL MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

o SHT/UVT Inspection Machine for TERASAKI ELECTRICAL MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

§ Responsible for designing circuit diagram, and hardware process diagram

§ Doing PLC programming, testing run and debugging machine.

Installation of machine and create a Machine instruction machine which required by customer.
