• To manage and control Tooling Department and report to plant head
• To manage all Tooling activities such as preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and improvement project. to ensure all tooling is in best condition for production use.
• To analyze all tooling issue and prepare summary report monthly and present to top management.
• To manage & review tooling team member performance and discussions for improvement.
• To conduct daily morning briefing & review daily tooling performance such as mold downtime & quality downtime due to tooling issue. Discussion with team for root cause analysis and counter-measure.
• Attend daily morning market inter-department. Responsible for all tooling issue and provide solutions for all tooling issue.
• To manage tooling spare part & ensure stock is control accordingly
• To plan Tooling improvement Action Plan (IAP) to reduce mould breakdown rate, rejection & rework.
• To set yearly tooling KPI and plan to achieve the target.
• Involve new mold development. Prepare mould spec vs machine. Attend mould DFM meeting, mould trial until mass production. Identify the mold issue and technical support for the mould impovement.
• To conduct new mould inspection for fitting accurance check & approve for production use.
• Collaborate with mould maker for mould improvement and repair.
• As a safety employer representative. Conduct daily safety briefing & PPE check for tooling member. Conduct Safety walk monthly.
• Responsible for tooling 5S. Ensure Tooling member keep the 5S in order.
• As a internal auditor. conduct yearly ISO IATF TS16949 internal audit, ISO14001-2014 internal audit & AMS audit.

2014 - 2018 (5 years)

Position: Assistant Manager

Department: Production Injection

• To manage production Injection & to ensure ontime delivery to customer according to customer requirement. Direct report to plan head.
• To conduct daily briefing to all executive, supervisor, leader and operator regarding daily issues.
• To review daily output & production efficiency. Identify the problem and discussion for counter-measure.
• To review daily production planning with planner. to ensure planning is effective and no fail delivery to customer.
• Review and check production order . to ensure the production order is complete and close.
• To analyze OEE data & prepare monthly summary production report & present to top management.
• To manage & review sub-coordinate performance such as mould change time, rejection & efficiency.
• To set yearly production KPI & plan to achieve the target.
• Aa a safety employer representative, daily briefing to all worker regarding safety issue. To ensure all worker is wearing PPE.
• As a internal auditor. conduct yearly ISO IATF TS16949 internal audit & ISO14001-2014 internal audit.

Department: Production Engineering (PE)

• To manage production engineering department & report to plant head.
• Responsible for setup new line especially assembly line.
• To study and plan plant layout for production line, wip and FG.
• Responsible for all production SOP & ensure all display at production line.
• Responsible for all document for audit and customer requirement susch as PFMEA, control plan, Flow chart, SOP etc.
• Responsible for time study & line balancing for production line.
• Responsible for all assembly process parameter such as Door Trim, Console, Side step & Cowl Top.
• Responsible for 6-axis KUKA robot and 3-axis HY robot. To teaching new program and touch up existing program.

2004-2008 (5 years)

Department: Production

• To monitor production line at headlining & flat door trim line.
• To monitor & review daily output. to ensure ontime delivery to customer.
• Identify daily production problem and provide soloutions.
• To prepare monthly production schedule & production is follow accordingly.
• To monitor & review production supervisor, T.A, leader performance & conduct weekly meeting.
