- I experienced that Quality Assurance （QA） is any systematic process of determining whether a product or service meets specific requirements. QA establishes and maintains established requirements for developing or manufacturing reliable products.
- When I inspect the part I will make sure there is no corrosion, hoes, scratches etc before installing the part in the aircraft.
- Wrapping with Bubble Wrap: Some workpieces require bubble wrap for added protection during transit. Workpiece in plastic bags and tape stickers with the plastics bag use scotch tape.
- Laser marking, its a process where the machine uses its high-powered laser beam to create and mark serial number and logos onto the component.
Dot marking, this process involves a peen marking machine which will dot mark serial numbers, date of manufacture and QR code of the components permanently. - Classification is important whether in life or at work, when we classify things, we can find what we need more easily and quickly without getting confused.
