• Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial water treatment projects in the Northern Region.
• Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits to understand operational challenges and propose engineering solutions.
• Serve as technical liaison between clients and internal Process Design, Engineering, Sales & Service teams.
• Participate in tender briefings, RFIs, technical clarifications, conceptual system design, and tender submissions.
• Assist in preparing technical & commercial proposals, scope of work, and preliminary cost estimates.
• Support post-award execution by working closely with project and service teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.

• Lead technical sales and service operations across Northern Malaysia covering Penang and Kedah industrial zones.
• Drive regional sales strategy, annual sales forecasting, and revenue alignment with company business objectives.
• Act as senior technical sales representative for industrial clients, providing solution consultation for RODI and WWTP systems.
• Lead and mentor regional engineers, supervisors, and technicians to support sales execution and service delivery.
• Support tender pursuits by aligning technical solutions with customer requirements and commercial expectations.

• Led internal and external teams during WWTP installation works for a large-scale semiconductor facility.
• Supported Project Manager in daily planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Supervised subcontractors to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Provided strong execution credibility that enhanced technical sales discussions with future clients.

• Led mechanical and chemical testing & commissioning of WWTP systems.
• Coordinated with Process Design and Project teams to achieve client design specifications.
• Delivered verified performance data that strengthened technical assurance and client trust.

· The job scope is Assistant Manager, supporting the Operation Manager in overseeing sales and service operations within the state of Penang.

• Lead for the Sales and Service Team in Penang, comprising engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

• Supervised and executed project installations.

• Zhong Zhi Solar Power
• House Curry Factory
• Projects located in Jiangsu and Ping Hu Province, China.

• Provided after-sales service support for RODI and WWTP plants.
• Supervised service and operation contract works.
• Prepared operation and service reports for clients.

• Maintained paper machine operations.
• Monitored paper product quality and production output.
• Planned machine maintenance scope and schedules.
