Parenteral Nutrition:

Drug Information Services

• Reported Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) and Medication Errors (ME) and assisted in the special use application (KPK) of drugs with off-label usages.

Pharmacy Store Management

• Responsible for general store management, government budget and procurement management, storage and disposal of drugs, product recall and product complain procedures and monitoring of drug usages.

Ward Pharmacy Practice

• Clerked and reviewed patient's notes in the wards, involved in ward rounds with doctors and nurses, identified pharmaceutical care issues and recommended safe and effective pharmacotherapy regimes.

Manufacturing and Repacking
