Hilti is selling Power tools for heavy duty use. My job scope have to stay at Hilti Centre due to I am the only one Customer service in the centre located in Prai branch. I have to attend walk-in customer, answering phone call, issue goods order bill and invoice using SAP system, reply all customer enquiry, handle customer complaint, proper filling for document, prepare & follow up quotation, arrange driver delivery, arrange courier service pick up, ordering stock, monthly stock count, liaise with credit control department for those received cash/cheque payment from customer, bank in all the collection payment at bank, updated in payment collection report and submit to finance department.
Beside the customer service role, my job scope involve also in support office administrative matter, such as arranging van for inspection or repair, renewal of van insurance, renewal for office licenses, purchase office stationary & sundry item, on time made monthly payment to PBA(water) bill, indah water, TNB(electric bill), make sure centre always keep clean and well display company product on the display rack, arrange office cleaning, maintain office air-condition for servicing, follow up and maintain office equipment such as fax & photostat machine, drinking water dispenser and fire extinguisher.
