Job Scope: Monitor First Article Inspection Report (FAI) for new incoming material and tooling.

Job Scope: Collect customer feedbacks and complaints on the springs and reply to customer.

Job Scope: Interpret drawings and specifications to fulfill customer’s need and requirements on current design and new spring design.

Job Scope: Provide COC for the items that shipped out as per requested by our customer.
