- Monitored wafer fabrication status using FabCockpit and updated the progress daily in an Excel file.
- Analyzed HBIN test results to identify high failure patterns, contributing to equipment maintenance decisions.
- Supported Failure Analysis (FA) tasks, including XSEM and SCM measurement and compilation using Digital Image Processing System (DIPS) software.
- Entered Fab cleanroom for wafer inspection, verifying 7-cross reference marks and die orientation to ensure accurate die pick-up and alignment.
- Created automated CEDA reports using ADL scripts for 22 basic types of wafers to monitor their RON and BVDSS parameters to make sure they stay within the lower spec limit (LSL) and upper spec limit (USL).
- Led a project on Gen5 FCT Failure Catalogue* by retrieving wafer maps, analyzing electrical test data (IDSS, IGSS, BVDSS, VTH), and selecting relevant FA images (SEM/FIB) to identify defect types, locations and root causes, then compiled findings into a report for future reference.
