- Establish centerline/gridlines reference point of structure, offset references points/structure and TBM (temporary bench mark) for level reference.
- Carry out accurate setting out and fixing of levels for any part of the works as accordance to the drawings and for checking the same at any time as required by the Project/Site Engineer.
- Highlight any discrepancies to the responsible supervisory staff. Coordinate work progression and directions, offer technical advice to site staff as and when necessary.
- Record and prepare as-built drawings for actual field survey clearly incorporating any changes deviations from the original plan.
- Maintain and ensure calibration of survey instruments and equipment so that the same are capable of performing correctly to produce valid data.
