- Calculate Service Level Agreement Fee between SMBCMY, SMBC Labuan branch and SMBC Shared Service Center, once a half year and charges SMBC Labuan and SMBC SSC the fee once a year.
- Build 3 Years Business Plans to be submitted to Bank Negara Malaysia with in-house analysis and local economy momentum to be tabled to Board of Directors.
