With over six years of experience as an Executive Officer at Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan Incorporated (MBINS) and Head, Investment Analysis & Monitoring Section at Negeri Sembilan State Finance Office, I am passionate about executing and managing commercial partnership and investment projects for the state government and its affiliated entities. My mission is to identify, recommend, and execute potential business opportunities that align with the state's strategic vision and objectives, and to ensure optimal returns and sustainability of the existing portfolio.
My core competencies include business ventures negotiation, business planning analysis, investment analysis and financial due diligence, data analytics and financial modeling, portfolio management, asset allocation, and feasibility and market study. I have successfully developed and implemented investment portfolio strategies and solutions for the state government and its linked companies, with a minimum of RM500 million worth of assets under management. I have also led and participated in special projects that involved engaging business unit heads, reviewing project feasibility proposals, analysing and designing new business processes, and preparing and managing high-level communications and reports. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business and Investment from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
