• Manage & coordinate all CM day-to-day activity & PM maintenance work order as agreed with all discipline Team Lead or Supervisor with availability of sufficient Manpower, Tools, spare parts, and external service support.
• To ensure all day-to-day activities from SAP Notification input align with Operation and are well coordinated with Operation OMC (Operation Maintenance Coordinator) on jobs that are priorities or to be executed at the site with APR2 in the SAP system.
• Chair daily maintenance planning meeting with all disciplines for day-to-day update and review for next daily plan activity with Operation Maintenance Coordinator for better understanding of the task before execution commences.
• Generate Preventive Maintenance work order PM and CM activity by using the computerized maintenance management system (SAP).
• Monitor closely on PM/CM work order on Safety Critical Maintenance equipment to avoid any backlog on the CMMS system and maintain.
• Assist, manage, and plan all parts materials for normal schedule maintenance, shutdown, and turnaround activities.

As an Operation & Maintenance planner for new oil & gas field at east Malaysia in Sabah. To update and report monthly IOP progress and Provide Production input and Maintenance activity highlight to current partner Petronas Sabah Operating (SBO).

• § Provide and populate a 30days, 90days and yearly integrated operation planned (IOP) and organize meeting discussion among other section or department prior what to be planned and execute for upcoming and future activity.
• Control on POB work force for daily operation activities for people on going to the platform.
• Assist on the shutdown activity and provided on the logistic support for the facilities and equipment.
• As Logistic Coordinator for Major Turnaround for both PM3 field and KINABALU field.
• Ensure that all major activities been covered by procedures and work packs.
• Manage & Coordinate all CM & PM maintenance work with other sections i.e. Facilities & Eng., operation, Inspection, safety, well integrity, drilling and sub-surface.
• Manage and coordinate with all operation discipline for external services, material stock, special request on critical parts and equipment tools for maintenance activity.
• Generate Preventive Maintenance work order for operation PM activity by using the computerized maintenance management system (MAXIMO/SAP).
