• Steer cost and operation optimization of SK408 drilling campaign for six (6) high rates carbonate gas wells utilizing synthetic-based mud with PMCD method resulting in cost containment of USD 2 Million
• Steer new technology utilization in plug & abandonment (P&A) campaign of three (3) PM8E wells on through tubing cement logging. The technology allows the cement logging to be conducted prior rig arrival through tubing. Managed to save 1.5 days of spread rates (rigs and associate services) approximately USD 500 k.

Led a digital initiative on improving the accuracy of Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) estimates via machine learning utilizing Phyton Programming

• Provide technical support for Joint Venture Company on well planning, engineering and operation
• Protect PETRONAS interest (on wells perspective) in the Joint Venture ensuring maximum value creation in reviewing its plan activities and budget
• Actively promote HSSE and Sustainable Development (SD) in all activities and ensure compliance with business principles

Seconded by PETRONAS to Dar Petroleum Operating Company (DPOC) as Senior Well Engineer.

• Lead engineer preparing engineering program averaging 50 wells with ESP and PCP completion per year with 4 land rig which include of Development, Exploration, Water Disposal, Water Injector and Plug & Abandoning (P&A) in highly depleted reservoir
• Established internal Well Engineering and Drilling Operation manual for the company as a standard operating procedure in well design in ensuring the well design and operation follow the industry standard
• Optimized the well design and adopted for slim well architecture which translated to cost containment of USD 600K per well
• Spearheaded the 'zero discharged' initiatives where drill cuttings, sludges and used mud were treated to an acceptable quality before properly discharged
• Trained and coached local four (4) well engineers to be capable and up to the industry standard

• Lead engineer for planning and executing two (2) exploration wells with a narrow margin and basement drilling challenges utilizing semi-submersible and jack-up rig
• Drilled Limbayong-3ST1 with a water depth of 1000m offshore Sabah with PMCD ready due to total losses expected in the carbonate formation
• Drilled Pendekar-1 well offshore Lahad Datu with Constant Bottom Hole Pressure (CBHP) Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) technology ready to enable drilling into narrow margin zone as expecting a total losses basement formation
• Setting up new temporary support base and helibase at Lahad Datu and Sandakan as the drilling activity took place in the new frontier
• Work closely with related government agencies for special protection as the drilling site was in the area categorized as a high-security threat area
• Well Engineer planning and executing three (3) wells on the Straits of Melaka Exploration Campaign utilizing Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling (PMCD) technology on semi-submersible rig
• Drilling into carbonate formation where total losses was expected and wireline logging in PMCD was planned
• Led the team in setting up a temporary support base, helibase and logistic requirements as the drilling campaign took place in a new territory
• Work closely with the Malaysian Authorities for security support as the area has been classified as a piracy threat
• Lead on well planning and execution of Limau Manis-A well with two casing strings (Low Cost Well)
• Optimized the well with 13-3/8" Casing While Drilling (CWD) for the top hole section in addressing the issue of well stability
• Well was drilled, logged and abandoned 7 days ahead of time and with lower than planned cost

• Drilling Engineer on planning & executing two (2) ERD wells with 2:1 ratio one of it is the longest well in Malaysia using a tender-assisted drilling rig
• Ran 9-5/8" liner on floatation in long 12-1/4" hole section which enables to reduce the drag
• Support Drilling operations as a Wellsite Drilling Engineer and was involved with calculating cementing activities, casing tallies, and preparing Daily Drilling Reports and Daily Cost Reports
• Plan, engineered and supported on the operation of one infill well of Bekok A platform with tender assisted drilling rig
• Well was planned, drilled and landed horizontally using Geosteering and completed with sand screen
• Managed to drill the well to its technical limits where the drilling of the intermediate hole with lower than expected LOT
• MOC was obtained prior to drilling ahead
• Successfully delivered the well with lower than planned cost and within the planned schedule

• Assist superior on planning and implementing PE activities for field development by influencing JV Partners to prudently develop oil and gas discoveries, ensuring the application of optimum technology, managing development risks, and resolving project implementation challenges for timely monetization in achieving PETRONAS Corporate Agenda target
• Assist superior on developing PE activities and influence Host Government and JV Partners to evaluate near field potentials in matured basins, by providing technical expertise and recommendations for the Management and JV Partners in order to sustain PETRONAS' reserve growth
