Working in Company Commission of Malaysia (SSM) June 2015 - August 2023:
• Registration Service Division (Jun 2015 – Aug 2016): Processed corporate documents like Annual Returns and Financial Statements, and managed public inquiries in-person and over the phone. Attended a one-day Laughter Therapy course at the Ministry’s of Domestic and Trade Headquarter located in Putrajaya in July 2016.
• Corporate Compliance Division (Sep 2016 – Aug 2021): Conducted physical inspections of business premises to ensure compliance with relevant acts, participated in integrated operations with DBKL and JIM, issued compounds for non-compliance, and investigated outstation complaints. In September 2018, attended enforcement courses which is known as marching courses organized by Immigration Department, it is located in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. Attended a parliamentary session in Nov 2019, documenting key issues and submitting a report.
• Internal Audit Section (Sep 2021 – Aug 2023): Completed IIA courses to learn auditing procedures, problem-solving, and client management. Emceed the annual internal audit workshop in Dec 2021, and helped organize the Nov 2022 workshop (handling venue selection, budgeting, and quotations). Resigned in 1st September 2023 to seek a role better aligned with my preferences.
Joining a Multi-Level Marketing Business Amway in March 2024 - Now:
Based on my experience, here is a structured summary of milestones:
• Health Transformation: By participating in the Gut Reset Program in May 2024, I've gained a deeper understanding of the link between gut health and chronic diseases. I adopted a disciplined regimen involving Nutrilite supplements, smoothies, and a balanced "1/2 or 1/4 carbs" diet, which focused on fat loss and muscle gain.
• Sales Achievement: In August 2024, I've reached the 9% sales level. This was achieved through personal product usage and authentic sharing with friends and family, demonstrating that my belief in the products translated into business success.
• Professional Development: I have consistently invested in knowledge by attending meetings and the Moving Up Seminar, where I gained inspiration from "Diamond" leaders.
• Foundational Training: In September 2024, I completed the Basic Training Course (BTC), which solidified my understanding of income generation, product superiority, and long-term business strategy.
• In December 2024, I was asked to do an online presentation involving a group of 20 amway business owner participants. In this presentation I have shared weight loss journey by doing a gut reset program and still being consistent using product from nutrilite amway.
All in all, my journey shows a clear progression from learning regarding health to to gain more knowledge on to educate others on the importance of taking care of health.
