I have been in various manufacturing industries and working hand in hand with operations for past 30 years. From semiconductor, LED Display, Power Tools, afterwards I stepped into plant management, started with my commercial rôle in Automotive Steering manufacturing site in Penang. With recent position for last 8 years, as Commercial Managing Director and fully engage and working to overseeing manufacturing sites to ensure KPI are met and comply to technical, quality, safety, cost and delivery requirements. The globalisation enviroment enrich my portfolios, and my working expériences in manufacturing operations, logistics as well as commercial know how to strike for a balance and optimum organisations. Besides on all series production, I'm also as overall site Project Leader, applying ramp down procedure for automotive manufacturing site, ensure proper closure of production, and minimise as much as risk (financially, competency, supplier and customer relationship, etc). With this, I strongly believe such expériences, competency, leadership skills will definitely support and fulfill requirement of the esteem company position.
