Project Coordinator / Asst. Manager
Team Leader/Senior Support
● Being 1st point of contact for Global Support Manager in Poland.
● Coordination of tasks between the other supporters in MY (Team Leader role).
● Resolving service requests and incidents from ServiceDesk queue.
● Answering and registering service requests and incidents via phone calls.
● Remote and onsite end users support – all IT ServiceDesk related tasks.
● Prepare and maintain IT documentation.
● Creating\Managing user accounts in Active Directory\Office 365\Exchange.
● Co-operation with other teams in Denmark and Poland.
● Assisting with resolving network problems.
● Will be involved in some minor Window Server support
● Providing end-to-end ServiceDesk support – Level 1 to Level 3. Until issue is resolved.
● Working on projects-Domain Migration ,network & server.
● Multiple Sever handling- Window, VM ware and etc.
● Exposure in handling Azure Cloud- User Management
