Working Experience:

Working Experience:

· Liaise with local authorities and enforcement agencies such as Dosh (JKKP), DOE, BOMBA, Police, CIDB, immigration and others.

· Daily site safety and health supervision & enforcement of EHS compliance, take immediate action on any non-conformance found.

· Provide safety, health, environment and general advice, counsel, guidance and training to all sub-contractor site managers, engineers, supervisors and work-trade team leader.

· Coordinate, organize and manage the total solution for construction worksite housekeeping.

· Plan and coordinate with the appointed external scaffolding company on the external erection of scaffolding.

Nature of Business: Medical Glove Manufacturing

* Initiated the provision of a company ambulance for employees to reduce transfer time of injured personnel from the manufacturing plant to the medical center.

* Safety and health committee member to improvise overall plant operating procedures according to optimal safety and health requirements to reduce Loss Time Injury (LTI).

Working Experience:

· Act as a Deputy Secretary of the Safety and Health Committee and organize the Safety and Health Monthly Committee meetings.

Evaluated impact of contractual requirements, emerging issues, regulations and legislation to operations regarding both minimizing liability and maximizing worker safety.

· Assign appropriate PPE for the workers should wear, while carrying out tasks, including raising the purchasing request, distribution, training, and recording of the PPE issued to the employees.

· Supervise the waste disposal method to ensure compliance with safe disposal procedures of waste management as per the Environmental Quality and Schedule Waste Regulations.

· Identify and conduct relevant safety training programs for all levels of employees, contractors, including Safety and Health induction.
