Productivity Industrial Engineering Manager (2016-2018 and 2023-now):

• Leads a team to drive productivity and continuously 5% yearly improvement for machine, which saving capital spending & tool cost spending on headcount/spares/utility, more cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Global leading to transform to new industrial such as OEE, driving more tool bagging to save utility and drive efficiency.
• Automation & AI adaption for timely tool performance control, reduce to 0 repeated task, applied data science into manufacturing planning & providing solution proposal based on data analysis.

Capital Manager (2023-now)

• Manage group to ensure end to end capital tool from planning, purchasing, supply/logistic, installing schedule in order to deliver in time readiness tool for production. Moreover, team also plans for tool retirement strategy, optimize spare part solution.

Capacity planning Manager (2018-2021):

• Lead the group to define the capacity for Vietnam factory from long term to short term horizon. For long term, team identify the product roadmap, tool plan strategy & funding needed. For short term, we delivery the customer response and collaborate with all departments to optimize the factory capacity towards to customer demand especially during the output max situation but not linearity material supporting.
• Product specific parts end to end support also covered by team for dynamic product change and faster delivery parts to factory.

• Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects which covering all stages of Intel manufacturing. This is first time for company to transform towards industrial planning process.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams and resolved conflicts, maintaining positive work environment throughout project lifecycle. Collaborated closely with senior management to align project objectives with strategic company initiatives.

Tactical capacity planning for weekly & monthly factory capacity planning, fully response and commit to customer demand, identify the shortage & drive solutions with collaboration to all stakeholders.

Strategic capacity planning where I successfully defined the strategy to transfer and ramp 3 main Intel product platform to Vietnam. Leading all factory capital saving strategy not only for Vietnam but also for global factories.

New Product Industrial Engineering, led and set up all readiness for new products in term of tool run rate/product specific part readiness and make sure factory able to ramp the products as the plan before transferring to mass production.

Line balancing through arranging man/machine and WIP control, improved from 2.45 pcs/MH to 2.75 pcs/MH.

New Product Enabling from customer product requirements to process/work instructions/quality criteria, conduct and monitor the Trial Run to ensure product quality and able to transfer to mass production.
