• My project is the STUDY KIV IMPACT TO PLATE LIFE OF 80 nm DIAMOND SLURRY. It is intended to improve the plate life of 80 nm diamond slurry to support the new product road map that the company has planned. The result is Improve productivity 2.5X, Improve utilization time 65.52%, Reduce plate usage 66.67% and Return on Investment can save costs by 67%.
