Umbilical Package Lead - ONGC KG-DWN-98/2 Development Project

• Installation Lead for Umbilical & Flying Leads installation – Static & dynamic.
• Provided technical assistance during operational changes via both on-site support and remotely.
• Interface management with ONGC, Baker Hughes, Oceaneering and SPBAG (FPSO).
• Package Lead for FPSO works - Interface, heading control and dynamic umbilical pull-ins.

Principal Operations Engineer/ Package Lead - Bayu Undan Infill Wells Project

• Maintained up-to-date documentation for all technical processes and procedures, fostering clear communication among team members.
• Conducted root cause analysis for recurring issues, resulting in long-term solutions and improved system stability.
• Project Engineering interface with TFMC, Baker Hughes, JDR Cable systems, Oceaneering and FOGT.
• Main scope included Flexible jumper and flowline recovery, conditioning and re-lay, recovery of Dewatering Manifold.
• Lead Engineer for Umbilical transportation and installation scope.

ONGC KG-DWN-98/2 Development Project

• Lead Engineer responsible for Set-up of portable Spoolbase in Kattupalli, India, one of the longest Spoolbase in country ranging 1.5km with a capacity to hold over 100 stalks, each stalk measuring 1.3km in length.
• Interface management with consortium partner LTHE for readiness of Channel and berthing area including Dredging and bathymetry for LVNO105’s berthing.
• Managing over 200 personnel at site including McDermott personnel, subcontractors, and local labor force.
• Commercial interface with multiple subcontractors & vendors.

Hasbah Offshore Gas Facilities Increment II Project

• Package Lead for Spools Fabrication (Oman) and Subsea tie-ins (Saudi Arabia, using DSV Pioneer).
• Interface Management with fabrication contractor (LTHE, Sohar), Diving Subcontractor (CCCUE) and Third-Party Design team (Intecsas).
• Lead Engineer offshore (Hasbah Field) for Spool tie-ins and Intervention works.
• Established strong working relationships with clients to ensure clear communication of expectations and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensured adherence to safety protocols and regulations, resulting in a safe work environment with minimal incidents throughout project duration.

RIL KG-DWN-98/3 (KG-D6) SURF EPCIC Project

• Field Engineer for Deepwater S-lay scope using DLV 2000 for installation of appx. 175km of pipelines ranging from 98m WD to 2000m WD.
• Package Engineer responsible for set-up of Piggyback Firing line on DLV 2000. Field Engineer - ONGC Subsea Installation of Vashishta & S1 Development Project.
• Lead Engineer for Cofferdam Construction for beachpull of 2 x 14” gas pipelines and 1 x umbilical including set-up of Beachpull site for project use.
• Handled the SRT (Site Receipt Testing) of flying leads in Kakinada – 45ea flying leads in total – including Pressure test, fluid cleanliness checks, I/CR and OTDR.
• Interface Management with Consortium partner LTHE, ONGC, local departments in India and various subcontractors such as Oceaneering, Narmada Offshore etc.
• Field Engineer onboard pipelay barge DB30 for installation of 2 x 14” gas pipelines including Beachpull and normal lay - 26.5km per line – up to 250m WD.
• Involved in the mobilization of Umbilical barge AF180 and executed a 3.3km umbilical pull - river to landfall point at beach and re-routing to TUTU @ ONGC Terminal.

• Brunei Shell Petroleum Transportation & Installation of Pipelines, Umbilical & Cables
• Lead Engineer offshore onboard Pipelay barge DB30 for 1km of 12” CRA line at Champion field and Installation of 20km of 20” CS line.
• ICHTHYS Gas Field Development Project.
• Project Engineer for Intermac-650 including testing and preparation of barge systems for loadout & installation of Riser Support Structure (RSS), Ichthys Field off Broome, Western Australia.
• Responsible for loadout of RSS in Batam and launching/ installation offshore in East Timor Sea – Installation assisted by DCV Agir at 240m WD, largest Riser Support Structure laid on seabed weighing 6500 tons.
