Recruitment
• Understand business requirements and responsible in hiring and recruitment, including manpower planning, job description preparation, advertisement posting (Jobs bank, Indeed and other career tools), interview coordination, offer extending, reference checking and new hire orientations;
• Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
Work pass application and Renewal
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, transfer, cancellation and issuance MOM / WPOL (Work permit, S Pass and Employment Pass);
• Business licence application and renewals (Bizsafe, Construction Workhead).
Leave and Benefits
• Manage E-leave & E-attendance in HR portal, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance;
• Responsible for purchase and renewal of insurance (Public liability, Foreign worker Medical Insurance, WICA, Security Bond).
Payroll
• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions;
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies;
• Administrate the monthly payroll, CPF, NS claim, Childcare claim, Maternity/Paternity Leave, & Foreign worker levy, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
Training
• Identify training and development needs, organise staff training sessions, workshops and other activities.
Knowledge
⁃ Familiar with Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices
⁃ Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
⁃ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
