• During my time in this company, my responsibly is to do filing, key in supplier invoices and issue payment for both supplier and subcon.
• Besides, I also help HR to do OT calculation and have experience using Excel.

• During my time as a retail assistant, I did client servicing, helping out marketing team to push the sales up, and counting new stocks that we collected from our supplier.
• I also deal upon ordering stocks from our supplier.
• I also managed the shop by servicing them upon cash out, and other services that the shop provide.

Reason for leaking: Departed position due to personal reasons.

• During my time as a receptionist, I do hold accountable to collect student’s fee during weekdays.
• Not only that, I also have this responsibility to take care of the studio at the same time. Such as vacuum the floor, make sure every place is clean, etc.
• I also hold accountable to open the studio during my working hours.
• Moreover, I assist our walk-ins customers by introducing our classes to make sure that they can understand our concept in each class.
• I even help out with holding accounts with the bosses and manager’s claims by stating receipt accordingly, and form an Excel sheet to state and edit the claims from each account.

Reasons for leaving: Monthly salary were not stabilize, and not enough for my whole expanses. Sometimes our main accountant delayed our monthly salary payment, according on the grace period given.

• During my time as a telemarketer, I have to constantly call customers to get income. WIt was a tough one as I have to call random people from different state, Melaka and Johor.
• Plus, promote in Mandarin seems a bit tough because I'm not too used to speak Mandarin that time.
• And majority of my customers speaks Mandarin.
• Not only that, promote a product that people tend to wanting to get rid from, was the toughest one.
• I have to use my communication skills to persuade my customers to meet up with my seniors, the agent.
• From there, it's up to how they persuade my customers to buy our product.

Reasons of leaving: The incomes were based on commissions from sales only, and no stated monthly salary/income given.
