- I am an owner and also the kindergarten principal since year 2011. My very first kindergarten located at Pulau Ketam, Port Klang. Basically, I was handling from A to Z all things that related to the kindergarten operation, from setup a new kindergarten to daily operation. Dealing with local authorities such as Bomba, Klinik Kesihatan and Majlis Perbandaran to obtain the license for the kindergarten.
- Year 2012, I set up another new kindergarten located at Taman Eng Ann, Klang. Year 2014 I set up another new kindergarten located at Taman Sejati 3, Kampung Jawa Klang.
- I am teaching whenever teacher on leaves, hence understanding the children development will help in smoothen the teaching and learning process. Knowing the children's ability is crucial in order to prepare the appropriate teaching materials to them.
- I am designing those academic related activities to the children in order to ensure they can learn in a fun way. Hence, sometimes I will conduct workshop or training to my teachers and demo to them my teaching style.
- On and off I will sit in the class, observe and evaluate each teacher's teaching methods. Giving suggestion and comments when necessary in order to ensure the quality of teachers in the kindergarten. Most concern on the teacher's attitude rather than their qualification or experiences. As I believe with only the right attitude is the most important attribute of a teacher.

- In addition, I also have a little bit experiences in handling children with autism as I am having few in my kindergarten. I picked up those knowledge and skills from the internet and at the same time, I also attending workshop that related on it. Dealing with autism kids always a big challenge to all the educators as it is a very tough job that requires lots of passion and patient on it.
