Su Ting Yan

As General Manager at Howei Machinery, Dr Su lead the strategic development, engineering operations, and project delivery of food processing machinery and automation systems, with a focus on poultry processing solutions. Leveraging extensive experience in production engineering and plant operations, he bridge equipment design with real manufacturing needs to deliver efficient, hygienic, and reliable processing systems. He also provide end to end consultation on production system, quality system management and products development

Engineering Head to coordinate engineering operation for three processing plants, includes maintenance activities for machinery, F&U,refrigeration and wwtp to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations. He lead for WWTP operation, safety team, plant cleaning and engineering projects. Another key responsibility is leading the new manufacturing plant layout design, feasibility study, vendor sourcing with the capacity of 6000bph targeted for the state of the art, fully automation and FSSC 22000 compliances.

Manage the further food processing with the capacity of 1300MT / months to ensure Output, OEE, Productivity, Yield, and food safety and quality compliances. He is also responsible for the machines maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime. He has participate in new further processing plant design. Leading plant expansion projects and Ready To Eat (RTE) project
