  • Plan, implement and monitor construction activities to ensure timely execution and completion of projects based on the approved master work programmed.
  • Coordinate all activities for purpose of meeting schedules, cost, quality and specifications.
  • Cost control and monitor cost relating project works during the duration of projects.
  • Liaise and coordinate with our internal departments and also external parties such as authorities, consultant and contractor during the various stages of projects.
  • Carry out QC & QA checks on site to ensure sub-contractors comply to the designs & specification of plan.
  • Responsible for the overall execution/implementation, construction and completion of Instructed Works (Under JKR).
  • Attend project meetings and prepare QAQC report and monthly progress report on construction activities.
  • Report to Project Manager/Operation Manager/QAQC Manager on the progress of project through all phases to avoid delay in project built.
