Ø Experience on 19C database (19.3 version)

Ø Regular monitoring the Health Check for blocking sessions, high CPU, high I/O, and other metric alerts to keep track of database performance.

Ø Database error monitoring and space management.

Ø Applying Oracle Critical Patching (CPU) for the released security patches

Ø Working with IBM BPM Team to fix the current issues.

Ø PostgreSQL database data migrations

Ø Supporting and Administering RAC with ASM (patching, cloning, and troubleshooting of issues).

Ø Regular monitoring the Health Check for blocking sessions, high CPU, high I/O, and other metric alerts to keep track of database performance.

Ø Database error monitoring and space management.

Ø Database Refresh using export & import and rman backups

Ø Providing Production support (24*7) and troubleshooting the incidents in Production, Pre-Production and UAT instances.

Ø Handling issues related to Apache, Forms and Concurrent Managers

Ø Involved in the RCA meetings and implementing solutions to fix the problems permanently.

Ø Cloning the instances using different methodologies as per client's requirement.

Ø Alert monitoring on tablespace space issues, blocking and locking sessions, long-running concurrent job.

Ø Experienced in new schemas creation and roles and privileges maintenance as per request from team.

Ø Troubleshooting user related issues and coordinating with the users from different time zones.

Ø Checking for database locks and clearing the blocking sessions.

Ø Monitoring mount point alerts and took required actions based on Alert Guide.
