Current Status: Full-Time PhD Student at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) on study leave from lecturing (2024-10-14 – 2027-10-13 [expected]). Research Area: Additive friction stir deposition, a solid-state additive manufacturing process combining FSW/FSP for aluminium alloys (specifically focusing on a consumable rod of AA6061 deposited on an AA5083 substrate). Recent Milestones: Successfully published in high-impact journals (IJAME, ARASET) in 2024 and 2025 regarding additive friction stir deposition and bobbin friction stir welding.

Experienced with designing and delivering educational content that engages and inspires students. Utilizes innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes and foster positive classroom environment. Strong understanding of curriculum development and student assessment techniques.

Secured under the JPPKK grant, collaborating with Tc. Mohd Shauqat Bin Bahari (CEO of Sentuhan Teknik Sdn. Bhd.). Expected outcomes include article publication and copyright IP through MyIPO.
  • Main Researcher & Innovator: "A Fluid Spraying Machine" (Twin Spray Sanitation Machine) / Multipurpose Spraying Machine. Led the product development using "Design Thinking" and the "PDCA Cycle", achieving 50%-time savings in sanitation activities per 1000 square feet.
