PROJECTS:

• Responsible for overall project performance and project staff.
• Responsible for attending all project meetings, preparing minutes of the meetings, and meeting notes as required, and circulating meeting notes within 48 hours.
• Responsible for preparing project programs, deliverables, and communicating with junior staff.
• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of all project documentation to company and client standards.
• Responsible for documenting all project-related communication and activities as per company standard.
• Maintain effective client and project consultant contact at all times.
• Prepare and review the project forward invoice schedule.
• Other duties are assigned from time to time.
• Getting authority approval (KM, EIA, TNB, JKR, and land issues).
• Liosion with Authority for Land, KM, and EIA matters.

MANAGEMENT:

• Deliver weekly and monthly project-specific performance reports, and ensure clear, accurate, and efficient records of staff.
• Ensure staff members are fully and effectively deployed at all times.
• Understand company procedures, and ensure staff is fully aware of and following the procedures at all times.
• Ensure that no practice contravenes the spirit of any client contract or breaches of law.
• Develop good client and staff relationships that would lead to follow-up work.

OFFICE:

• Observe office security at all times, and ensure the business unit's working environment is maintained in a tidy, organized, and presentable way.
• Ensure business unit products are safely stored, and clearly referenced at all times.
• Ensure client and business confidentiality is maintained at all times.

PROJECT HANDLED:

• Expansion of the third lane of SIK Highway UPM (2.1 km).
• Putrajaya P11: 2nd access (1 km excess road built).
• Putrajaya 20 Nos. Bus Stop.
• Putrajaya P7 (Access road 700 m built)
• Putrajaya Promenade: a 4 km walkway, landscape, and water treatment.
• 30 MW solar in SIK, Kedah (solar farm, interconnector, and SPPIF) present.
• 100 MW Solar Farm in Merchang (Solar Hybrid farm, interconnecting, SPPIF, and TNBIF)
• Selgate Hospital, Rawang (MEP Construction Manager)

• Coordinating the electrical installation works for the construction of the plant.
• Running the operation of the drum handling process. As a control room engineer.

The work involved:

• Day-to-day operation of drum handling and disposal.
• Controlling the conveyor line, robots, and V Tanks operation.
• Troubleshooting when equipment breaks down.
• Data entry of the DTMS system.
• Preparing the daily report for the client.
• Managing a team of 180 workers to run the operation.
• Coordinating the dismantling of the operation plant involves robots, conveyor lines, and V.
• Tanks, electrical cable and system, and batching plant.
• Plans and coordinates site activities with site staff.
• Monitors work progress and quality control.
• Liaises with clients, consultants, and local authorities.

• Coordinating Electrical Contractor.
• Managed stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
• Cabling of 33 kV and street lighting cables, and installation of street lighting and underbridge lighting, switchgears, transformers, generators, and feeder fillers.
• Testing and commissioning 33 kV substations (20 nos) for Saadiyat Island infrastructure works.
• Fire Protection System for Infrastructure and Buildings Implementation, Testing, and Commissioning.
• Mechanical-related works coordination.
• Installation of pumping station substations and installation of electrical equipment.

• Developed comprehensive risk assessments, mitigating potential issues during project execution.
• Design verification and detailing of the electrical system.
• Preparing electrical installation drawings from the consultant's design drawings.
• Preparing material takeoff and estimates from construction drawings. Attending meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Toll Equipment Installation, TCSS installation, electrical installation for the Toll Building, and street lighting installation.
• Designed high availability strategies to minimize downtime during critical systems outages or disasters recovery scenarios.
