• Conduct monthly health and safety audit on workers’ accommodation at project sites.

• Familiar with legal requirements and checking that the work complies with them Coordinate with various sub-contractors, consultants and engineers to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Conduct weekly safety audit on construction sites for prevention of mishaps.
• Ensure all relevant certificates and documents are in order.
• Attend site progress meetings and provide timely updated reports to project manager.
• Assist Safety Officer in carrying his duty under the act and regulations.

• Assist employer or S&H committee in organizing and implementing Occupational Safety and Health program.

• Advise employer or any person in charge of the place of work on the measures to be taken in the interests of Safety and Health.
• Assist any officer in carrying his duty under the act and regulations.
