- Support HR operations by generating appointment letters, confirmation letters, probation notifications, and termination letters, as well as processing all monthly payroll documents
- Prepare monthly MS reports, including the manpower budget, joining and leaving reports, monthly attrition reports, MPP HRA budget, and monthly OT summary
- Assist the Head of HR in inputting payroll budget information for the financial year
- Prepare all recruitment-related documentation, such as ERF, ATH, and EEH, and submit for approval before issuing letters
- Monitor leave and OT records and generate monthly reports
- Arrange interviews for executive-level positions, post vacancies online, and coordinate with head-hunter agencies
- Support top management recruitment activities as needed
- Update employee records in the HRIS system
- Assist the HR Manager with preparing documents and arrangements for new expat joiners, coordinating with bank officers to open accounts, registering income tax numbers using the online e-Hasil system, obtaining and managing permit copies, and coordinating income tax clearance for resigning expat staff
- Liaise with DSC agents for EP document renewals or cancellations
- Manage third-party payroll for consultant salaries
- Enter all employee medical claims into the HRIS before submitting them to Finance for payment processing
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as delegated from time to time.

- Foreign worker’s induction, permit expired details, end contract, going back schedule arrangement, in charge of the hostel application of JTK
- Arrange training with the plant and with the training provider, HRDF grants applications for approval
