Sustainability Integration

• Implement sustainability action plans through project initiations and collaborations with cross functions and external parties for key department projects.
• Monitoring and reporting on sustainability performance, to ensure that sustainability strategy / initiatives / imperatives are being met and communicated accordingly.

Sustainability Project Management

• Manage and oversee consultants and contractors on sustainability projects to deliver the agreed outcome/milestones on budget, quality and time.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards on sustainability projects.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Sustainability Unit team in the project execution (carbon management, biodiversity or social) to align the outcomes with sustainability strategy
• Communicate results to stakeholders and follow up on changes or improvements to sustainability initiatives into project developments and plans.

People Development

• Coordinate, collaborate and facilitate sustainability engagement workshops, training and knowledge sharing exercise (cross department or business unit) with Sustainability Unit and HR

Climate-Change Risk Related

• Conduct Physical Risk assessments related to climate change impacts on SDP's developments.
• Analyze and interpret climate data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
• Develop strategies for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate climate risk assessments into business planning.
• Prepare reports and presentations on climate risk findings and recommendations.
• Support the development of climate resilience projects and programs under Sustainability and Business Units.

• Manage overall Main Infrastructure works for the Township as per the implementation schedule, Township Operation timeline, costs and QESH objectives covering planning, implementation until final account
• Ensure timely Main Infrastructure design submission and approval by Authorities
• Ensure Main Infrastructure costs are within budget and expanded in accordance to Management Plan
• Also to ensure completion of work accordance to contract
• Facilities coordination with any related internal department and external parties in development of main infrastructure design
• Compliance to SOP and ISO Standard
• Internal department's coordination and liaison with Authorities/Local Council and other relevant approving authorities.

• Managing projects from planning (master layout plan and detail design stage), tendering process to projects implementation as well as handing over to authorities, and coordination of inter-disciplinary design teams.

• Responsible as project engineer and design engineer (both Civil and Structure work) for 4 projects; including planning, submission, tendering, and project implementation as well as handing over to authorities.

• Responsible as project engineer and design engineer (both Civil and Structure work) for 5 projects; including planning, submission, tendering, and project implementation as well as handing over to authorities.

• Responsible as project engineer and design engineer (both Civil and Structure work) for 15 projects; including planning, submission, tendering, and project implementation as well as handing over to authorities.
