Design Engineer Cum Head of Department
- Responsible to report to Executive Director directly.
- Responsible to manage, co-ordinate and oversee the implementation of ISO 1400 Environmental Management & ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System for Design & Drafting Department and to ensure all procedures and forms are properly executed all the times.
- Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and oversee the day to day drafting work which is carried out by subordinates (Design Assistant) and to ensure that all the drawings are completed on time and in accordance to clients requirements.
- Responsible to correspond and co-ordinate with locals and oversea agents, clients, consultants, engineers or other person incharged in preparation and completion of drawings for Busway Trunking System for all project.
- Responsible to control the changes made on design and development of Busway Trunking System in order to meetthe intended use or application.
- Responsible to produce design of Busway Trunking System which is practical and manufacture by Production Department.
- Responsible to monitor and oversee the achievement of Key Performance Index (KPI) set by Design & Drafting Department.
- Created CAD drawings using AutoCad to convey manufacturing and production configurations.
- Supported engineering design development through analysis and simulation of prototypes and 3D computer models.
- Drafted documentation detailing design requirements and technical specifications.
- Addressed design challenges and evaluated alternative design models to meet project requirements.
