- Responsible for all the PCBA customer accounts assigned, to ensure all product quality, process quality and system quality to conform with customers’ specifications and internal quality system requirements
- Escalation point all the PCBA customer accounts in given account, to liaise with Customer Quality representatives on all Quality matters
