Responsibilities :

  • Working end to end for recruitment selection for Malaysia and managing for hiring for Indonesia and Cambodia.
  • Responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering our employee rewards, perks, and benefit.
  • To provide advise and support to managers in all aspects of employee services including processing the following:-

- appointments (contract) fulltime / temporary / part time - temporary / permanent contract variation - resignation - probation and confirmation - promotions and re-designation - staff development

  • Ensure that HR information that needs to communicate to staff is communicated appropriately, whilst maintaining the confidentiality required.
  • Ensure that Manpower Forecast is updated and submitted quarterly.

Recruitment Selection :

  • Ensure all the Job Descriptions and employee specifications are accurately in place.

Payroll:Malaysia

  • Conducts payroll processing through gathering, computation, and inputting of payroll data.
  • Coordinates closely with Payroll Consultants and in-country resources in ascertaining payroll data, statutory contributions, and constant compliance with local labour laws
  • Reviews, analyses and verifies payroll reports and documents for accuracy; makes necessary adjustments or corrections according to established procedures
  • Prepares and submit various payroll related reports for approval as per scheduled timelines
  • Acts as a first contact point to resolve issues with payroll vendors
  • Reviews and updates the SOP based on the current requirement in order to have a smooth payroll process
  • Maintains good track of payroll documentation and Incident Tracker

Indonesia & Cambodia

  • To supervise and monitor timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll documentation in compliance with the Payroll Department.
  • To check and assess allowances, overtime, expenses, sickness and maternity entitlements and rate adjustments for staff.
  • Corrective actions on incomplete or incorrect timesheets/duty rosters.
  • Processes documents related to all hired, terminated and current active employees to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Reviews procedures and evaluates practices to improve service and accuracy.
  • Maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, legislation, technology, and procedures governing payroll and statutory requirements.
  • Indonesia - Preparing General Ledger (GL) report for upon completion of the payroll cycle
  • Cambodia – Preparing monthly forecast and submitting to GSC Payroll before the 30th of each month.
