Performs administrative support and technical assistance in the delivery of human resources services to employees and managers.
Recruitment:
● Process employment, benefit enrollment change notices and/or initial forms.
● Assists and coordinates recruitment efforts.
● Scheduling candidate/trainee for interviews.
● Processes employment verification.
● Prepare letter of appointment for non-management category and p/file.
Time Management System (TMS):
● Responsible in handling TMS system
● Data pulling, store and safekeeping
● To delete resign employee from the system
Staff Welfare & Sports Activities
● Assist the HRM to ensure that the employees facilities ie: lockers, surau, cafeteria & staff lounge area, maya sports room, notice board & etc are in order
● Assist to coordinate quarterly events & sports activities or suggestion of events/activities
● To participate in the annual dinner & dance event
● To prepare and keep track employee welfare allowance
Industrial Relations:
● To comply with SOP Disciplinary Notice and to prepare the documentation.
● Prepare disciplinary warning or absconded / vacation letters
Administration Duties:
● Prepare trainee allowance.
● To check overtime / casual worker / part time requisition.
● Prepare employee welfare allowance.
● Assist in preparing performance review forms.
● Handle admin functions ie: filing, recording, data entry.
● Attending to inquiries on the phone and attending to all quires on HR related matters.
● Assist to register new / resigned staff AIA card, including reimbursement claims.
● Processes medical verification from panel / non-panel clinic / hospital.
● To performs other duties as assigned.
