  • Professionally answer, screen and forward all incoming calls promptly and professionally to the correct person.

  • Main point of contact between the school & the Vendor of the Vending Machine when it breaks down. Coordinate the replenishing of stock & the report of machine-breakdown.
  • To assist the Admissions Department to do data entry for all workshops that are conducted for TISPC. Replenish collaterals on the magazine racks whenever they are empty.
  • Responsible to prepare & organize Welcome Packs for new enquiries for the Admissions Department. Coordinate all items sent by parents to students during school hours.
  • Direct messages from parents to students / teachers / Heads of Departments / Heads of Schools accurately and timely.
  • Attend to student's enquiry.
  • If the School Nurse is not in school, the Receptionist is the contact point for injured / unwell students. Assist in managing the booking of meeting rooms and conference room.
  • Assist in matters requested by the Principal and Line Manager.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and etc.
