Manage customer deliverables

• In charge of the alignment & consistencies of information between systems
• Advise & assist with updates on Erisite where necessary
• Secure timely adjustments in the project schedule from project team in Erisite & TrueTracker

Manage project administration & planning tools

• Ensure E2E NRO project workflow execution (Erisite & ePortal management)
• Support CPM to secure project documentation
• Mentor teams in correct usage and update of Erisite
• Support escalations associated to data in Erisite & ePortal

Review project planning inputs

• Identify main process requirements & milestones
• Establish required delivery pace based on FAS scope & duration

Part of Project team supporting Celcom’s BP2017-BP2021

• Ensure materials are correctly assigned to each site for various projects (Capacity Upgrade, Mitigation, USP Clawback, USP MORAN T3, NewNorm)
• Liaise with Solution team in preparing mapping file for billing and handover purposes
• Prepare report for COA HW estimation value
• Coordinating with customer for material and SAP related
• Involve in stock take at the warehouse
• Liaise with Finance team for claim and invoicing per PO
• SPOC for SAP, COA HW and COA HWAC matters
• Prepare and issue pre-Material Reservation and POD
• Analyse and produce GR report for material issued.

• All RAN Rollout Projects Central region related with, territory which involve in coordination of RAN site survey, installation, decommission and commissioning for RAN Rollout Project at Central Region
• Ensure all RAN Rollout Project Implementation are according to Celcom and Vendor agree guidelines
• Verify RAN Project activity and translate it to related transaction in SAP to close all Project Financial treatment from GR, GI and Assetisation.

Part of RAN Rollout Team during KV Swap and OKV Modernisation

- RAN Project Coordinator for Eastern region (79 sites)

• Verified and approved RF ATP and Site Folder
• Execute assetisation, Pre-MR approval and Goods Issuance in SAP upon verification
• PIC for PO issuance for 77 deployments of EMOS during KV Swap.
