• Working closely with in house recruitment team and giving supports to the hiring manager in recruitment process in identification of hiring needs, recruitment channels and assessment process

• Support HRBP's from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong & Macau in full spectrum of HR Operation functions
• Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records including leave records
• First point of contact for tier one queries from the employees
• Ensuring that on boarding documents are in place for all new hires
• Handling on-boarding process, movement until termination process, updating and maintaining employee's details and movement using system
• Supporting HR Business Partners from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau in administration such as preparing employment contact, offer letter, and all related letters for example employment certification, termination letters and etc
• And ensure all back end HR process is complete
• Prepared reports as requested by HRBP, Local HR and People Manager
• Performed probation monitoring to ensure all new joiners who due to probation status been updated in the system
• General Administration works such as filing and photocopy.
