  • To co-manage the customer service functions with personnel from various units.
  • Raise any issues or feedback from customers with the whole digital team to improvise services, products and processes.
  • Responsible for handling the relationship with vendors under digital like payments, customer service system.
  • Handle issues related to digital platforms like online on boarding including ekyc, payments and settlements.
  • Key liaison to coordinate with various units like compliance, finance, ops, GIT and risk.
  • To ensure operations efficiency of the digital process and introduce new procedures to enhance the overall operations.
  • Support tech team on managing the vendors related to Digital initiatives
  • Enquiring about daily FX rates. Setting daily FX rates on portal (margin and spread) (twice a day) (excl those with API) for sell and buy.
  • Enquiring about additional relevant documents / information from customers for approval - done by Happiness Agents
  • Liaising with Finance team on monthly and yearly settlement to vendors.
  • Involved in MIDF Invest Closure by updating all vendors on the closure and terminating the contract.
  • To ensure no pending settlement with vendors to avoid any penalty.

  • Maintain the process flow of the Unit Trust internally.
  • Briefing branches on the Unit Trust process flow.
  • Maintaining the maker – checker flow among the branch to avoid discrepancy or misselling.
  • Creating the ID for sellers who have the license to sell Unit Trust and ID for checkers to approve the transaction.
  • Transfer customer Unit Trust portfolio if there are request from the seller.
  • Provide daily transaction list for post-sales call.
  • Track the post-sales call if there is any misselling or complaint coming from customer.
  • Email the seller and Branch Manager if there is any complaint from the customers after the post-sales call.

  • Receive and review gold booking requests from Branches.
  • Validate submission details, pricing, customer information, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and submit gold booking transactions into the gold system.
  • Ensure all bookings are processed within the required timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with branches, vendors, IT and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies if any.
  • Monitor booking status and follow up on pending submissions from branch.
  • Maintain accurate records of all submitted bookings and related documentation.
  • Perform daily reconciliation and ensure consistency between booking systems and supporting records.
  • Escalate transaction issues, system errors, or operational risks to supervisors and product team promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and transaction records.
  • Enhance process flow in gold submission to reduce discrepancies.
  • Participate in UAT for new system enhancements, upgrades, or changes related to the Gold Booking System.
