• Responsible for the employee lifecycle ensuring the organization has the right people with the right skills in place to support the current and future needs of the business.
• Manage the company’s recruitment function – including drafting job specifications, posting job adverts on multiple platforms, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, managing the full offer including suitability checks and onboarding processes.
• Act as the first point of contact for all People queries, including maternity, performance management, sickness and/or absences.
