• Direct report to CEO, communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production, proposing solution with cost effective way.
• Review client’s RFQ drawing and prepare technical brief to sales department for quotation preparation, study on product fabrication workability, provide technical supports to client when necessary.
• Deal directly with client for product technical clarification and project planning
• Assign project job order to engineers with fabrication schedule planned, conduct procurement for raw material, components from sub cons, oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure schedule could be met on time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and purchasing, maintenance, quality assurance, human resource, warehouse logistics and engineering department to ensure seamless operation.
• Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team based on monthly production and delivery target
• Motivate, support and provide guidance and solution to engineers and production staff when there are difficulties in completing the task.
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
• Developing workflow procedures that could improve work efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Identify and address production bottlenecks or root cause, implement process improvements and take preventive measure
• Prepare and review ISO audit documentations, refine company SOP and create tracking system to ensure smooth business operation.

• Attend face to face / online kick-off meetings with international clients (EPC) such as SBM, BASF, Saipem, JGC, Samsung Engineering, ADNOC, MISC, AKERm as well as local clients such as Petronas and Showa Denko
• Involve in project management, documentations, design calculations, component sourcing, design and production, inspection coordination, shipping planning.
• Design lifting structure, material handling equipment and custom product for heavy industry, oil and gas industry, explosion proof for offshore according to site requirement, international code and compliance with standard
• Sourcing of components according to technical design and controlling within project’s costing, follow up closely with suppliers to meet project schedule
• Liaise with customer, understand customer’s requirement and study project specification, propose design for dedicated application and prepare EPC standard documentations
• Conduct progress meeting with clients and propose mitigation plan when necessary
• Coordinate and plan for factory acceptance test schedule, prepare setup layout to staff, prepare inspection procedure according to project requirement, providing solutions to solve issue happened during inspection test
• Prepare packing and loading plan, packing list, coordinate with logistic team for delivery
• Provide after sales engineering supports and solutions to customers from project execution to installation and commissioning of equipment. Prepare quotation when there is variation order from customer, followup with client on order amendment.
• Prompt accounting department to issue invoice / bank guarantee when milestone is achieved according to payment schedule.
• Assist project execution, involve operation and management for China office
• Able to manage multiple projects, been handling over 20 projects (project timeline usually 1-2years, depends on package size) throughout my service, able to deliver project on time.
• Mentor junior engineer, provide guidance on best practices in project management and design development.
• Increase project management efficiency by implementing own tracking system.

• Prepare 3D mechanical drawing using SolidWorks
• Able to do hands-on job such as operate Laser Cut Machine for metal profile cut setting and Press Brake Machine for sheet metal bending process
• Conduct quality inspection and control
