▪️ To provide administrative support to ensure the HR & Admin operations are maintain in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
▪️Key in employee attendance , overtime and leave in system.
▪️To assist and make reservations and coordination travel with management activity such as transportation, hotel booking,transfer arrangement for all staff.
▪️ To assist HR for in house training arrangement.
▪️To issue any concerns to HR for employee welfare.
▪️ To arrange new staff replacement and monitor inventory of uniform,safety shoes , office stationary and equipment.
▪️To ensure office area are secure and clean.
▪️ To perform other related duties as management may require from time to time.
