- Partnering with respective Technology Development site and other factories counterpart to develop, startup, improve and define the critical equipment and process parameters to enable a successful startup and ramp of the factory such as KMDS first silicon project
- Continuous improvement on equipment and process performance to meet Safety, Quality and Cost indicator goal to support Intel ramp by validating the improvement process through white paper and process implementation
- Responsible in sustaining & improving the process and equipment in sdx department to meet shelf based availability goal and shelf based utilization as well as supporting continuous software upgrade and server patch activity
- Attend to escalation from Equipment Supervisor/Shift Technician and troubleshoot the hard down machines daily and as on call engineer
- Perform detail investigation and problem solving data analysis to ensure equipment/tool is up and ready to support production
- Align to product map road and build plan requirement, proactively work on collateral ordering and tool fungibility qualification across link to support capacity ramp
- Maintain and troubleshoot product performance indicator in align with link/tool and collateral healthiness to help maintain the production productivity
- Support and sustain improvement and product transfer from other factories counterpart after start up/ramp finish.

- Responsible for managing and planning MEMS new product transfer and technology from Europe site based on management timeline
- Responsible in continuous process improvement project to improve yield and product performances, 7 cost saving project as of May 2020
- Liaising with Project Manager, Planner, Quality Engineer, Product Engineer from European counterpart for product development and synchronization of existing and next generation of MEMS technology
- Handle technical process route from development until production phase during transfer and process integration for semiconductor fabrication during ramp phase
- Oversee MEMS product readiness involving engineering and operations and makes adjustments as necessary, ensuring the organization is consistently moving together in the same direction
- Conduct studies for finding root cause and corrective action in any related excursion or production scrap to optimize the supply chain
- Manage lot order and conduct DOE study relative to cost control, process control and production yield for old and new product
- Work closely with quality department to handle any issue involving customer request and customer complain to maintain product quality
- Handle FMEA meeting involving Unit Process Engineer, Quality Engineer and Test Engineer in case of any new process change
- Maintain cp&cpk within kPI and work closely with space chart engineer to monitor inline product performance and react in case any drift
- Liaising with back end for sample product and product testing for new potential customer.
