• Administer all line set up and product changeovers and perform all minor repairs on line equipment and process all packaging production
• Setup MPI die sorter, Datacon die bonder, ASM die sorter machine once production request
• Perform daily Di water, RO water and H2O2 monitoring befor starting of shift
• Convert Disco DFDC6340/6341 from 6” to 8”
• Attend major setup for new production lot or change new mother lot
• Work with engineering team to create new recipe for NPI lot or safelaunch lot for customer
• Also able to perform some minor troubleshoot such as collet setup and centring, injector needle height adjust, setup needle paper pot, needle centring, component carrier adjust, component pickup, die accuracy setup, insufficient solder, die crack after and during pick up die issue and parameter adjust below QA spec
• Make all adjustments to equipments and ensure efficiency of all product line and manage all equipment issues and minimize all downtime
• Participate in all pre shift meetings and obtain all required information and monitor all equipment operations and recommend improvements to same.

• Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of equipment
• Attend morning/night call with US site customer to make improvement for equipment performance and down time control
• Perform equipment upgrades as per customer requirements
• Analyse equipment malfunctions and failures
• Develop equipment corrective actions
• Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability
• Assist IE to equipment buyoff before move new equipment to production line
• Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes
• Provide job assistance and conductjob trainings for employees as needed
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements
• Oversees the day to day operations of the maintenance department
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
• Develops maintenance procedures and schedules
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects

• Cu Clip Assembly (Esec 2100 hs, ASMPT eClip plus series automatic clip bonding, DEK O3ix screen printer, Koh Young KY8030-2/KY8030-3, X-ray Dordson DAGE XD7500VR Jade.
• Applied Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor process directions and correct out-of-control hourly target numbers

• For every starting of shift will check and buy off each and every line reflow temperature before let production run to prevent from solder void die tilt issue

• Inspected cell quality after flux clean & plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition process to ensure color is within defined
• Recorded hourly statistics vs product quality to ensure productivity is good
• Work related with production and product quality with customer required
• Yield off and verify back 100% rejected units and make sure production line running good order and required parameter as customer request.
• Collaborated with packaging technicians to determine product changeovers and equipment maintenance needs.
• Complied with safety rules and standards to maximize efficiencies while reducing accidents.

• Job scope- preventative Maintenance for disco saw DFD6340, DFD6341, Jigsaw EAD6340K, Hanmi3500DL, Lintec Manual mounter, Lintec auto mounter and manual package Trim and foam.
  
  Perform preventative maintenance services for 6 month once and also perform major down passover by shift maintenance team also perform axis vibration calibration for each machine after PM service. Giving training for shift technician on basic machine troubleshoot.
