- Currently heading a content team of 2 content strategists and 2 designers to craft all communication collateral for the agency force
- AD BUZZ: Agents News Portal - In charge of driving AD Buzz as a full-fledged e-mag/digital portal catered for the agency force
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather content for agency force consumption
- Conduct agent/leader interviews to produce testimonials and articles for AD Buzz
- Reach out to possible partners for collaboration, whether internally or externally for AD Buzz
- Promote AD Buzz and increase viewership
- Lead and manage content for internal communication with agency force: Draft agency circulars to communicate agency initiatives, reminders, guides and announcements
- Review, recommend and improvise agency communication circulars from various stakeholders with the objective of ensuring the subject is communicated in a clear, precise and concise manner for the agency force
- Lead promotional activities for tactical sales and recruitment initiatives e.g. promotional videos, testimonials, posters and social media advertisements to create awareness and increase reach to achieve targeted results
- Translate all campaigns/initiatives into regular communication/updates/reminders to agents on AIA Life Planner App
- Prepare all Chief Agency Distribution Officer speeches for all agency events and announcements
- Produce engaging content and manage agency lead generation platform (iCari): Collaborate with marketing to create a series of engaging educational/needs-base, product-base and recruitment materials e.g. videos, testimonials and awareness content that encourages agents to share them on their social media to generate leads
- Development of content for external/internal awards: Craft articles on the company as well as its initiatives and interview agents for awards submissions.
