  • Handle industrial relations matters, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and documentation preparation in alignment with employment laws, company policies, and ISO standards, while also participating in audits like ANSI, ISO, and SIRIM.
  • Oversee employee relations, including addressing grievances, enhancing engagement, organizing company activities and events to promote positive employee-employer relationships, monitoring retention and absenteeism, and providing support for HR projects and general HR functions as needed.
